— 2+ years of experience in a leadership position in a software factory.
— Knowledge of: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Jira, GitHub to set up and maintain sprints, monitor boards, create reports, and perform deliveries.
— Leadership, planning and organization skills, efficient communication, good interpersonal relationships to manage work teams and communicate with clients, assess their requirements, and define priorities.
— Advanced level of written and spoken English.
